Residential development Oberdorfstrasse, Altendorf

For this residential development, I produced a hand-drawn black liner rendering analyzing the building volumes and characteristic facade angles. The linear technique served as the primary tool for spatial definition and compositional clarity, helping present the development concept to stakeholders and the local community. The rendering was featured as the cover image of the official rental exposé published by ASTAL Treuhand & Verwaltungs AG for the property's first letting (Erstvermietung, 2026).
