Late-Classicist residential and commercial building (1879/96), listed heritage building (Denkmalpflege)
As part of my training at Zumbühl & Heggli Architekten AG, I produced hand-drawn facade and perspective studies of this historic double house, which is being examined in a feasibility study commissioned by the Canton Zug Office for Heritage Conservation and Archaeology (Amt für Denkmalpflege und Archäologie).
The watercolor drawings document the shingle-clad timber building (Blockbau) in its characteristic historic fabric and served as a visual basis for assessing its significance.
